Every hourly rate includes the editing — you're not paying extra for the thing that makes the footage worth having. And the longer you book us, the more we deliver: more coverage, more angles, more finished content at the end of it.

Minimum booking is 4 hours on all hourly services. Travel beyond Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast may incur a delivery fee. Multi-service bookings — ask for a tailored quote.

How booking works

A 50% deposit locks your date — pay more up front if you'd rather spread it out. The balance is due 7 days before your event, so there's nothing to think about on the day. One invoice, no hidden fees, no chasing anyone for cash while you're getting married.

Frequently asked questions

How far ahead should I book?

We're currently taking bookings for 2026 and 2027. We're one crew, so we only take a limited number of events each weekend — popular dates, especially Saturdays in spring and autumn, go early. If you have a date in mind, check it with us now even if you're not ready to confirm.

Where do you travel?

Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and everywhere between — Noosa, Caloundra, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Nambour, Buderim, Sippy Downs and all of South East Queensland. Further afield may incur a travel fee; just ask.

Can I book just one service?

Absolutely. Every service books on its own. The packages just save you money if you want more than one.

What's the difference between the 360 booth and the digital booth?

The 360 booth spins a camera around guests standing on a platform, producing cinematic slow-motion video clips. The digital booth is a sleek static booth for photos and short clips with branded overlays. The 360 gets the crowd; the digital booth gets the volume.

How much space does the 360 booth need?

Roughly 3m × 3m, on a hard flat surface, with access to power. We'll confirm the spot with your venue beforehand.

How do guests get their videos?

Instantly — by QR code or text, on the night. No waiting, no app.

Will the cloud effect set off the venue's smoke alarms?

No. We use a proper chilled low-fog machine, not a standard fog machine. The fog stays on the floor and dissipates rather than rising. Most venues still want to approve it in advance, so let us know your venue and we'll sort that with them.

What kinds of events do you do?

Weddings, school formals, birthdays and 18ths/21sts, corporate events and festivals. If people are gathering, we can cover it.

How does payment work?
