We're currently taking bookings for 2026 and 2027. We're one crew, so we only take a limited number of events each weekend — popular dates, especially Saturdays in spring and autumn, go early. If you have a date in mind, check it with us now even if you're not ready to confirm.
The 360 booth spins a camera around guests standing on a 1.1 metre platform, producing cinematic slow-motion video clips they share within seconds. It's video only — no prints. The digital booth is a sleek open booth for photos, and it prints: guests get a physical print on the night and a digital copy on their phone, both with your branded overlay.
The short version: the digital booth is the one guests take home. The 360 is the one they post. Plenty of events run both — one covers the keepsake, the other covers the reach.
No — both are open, standalone setups. No box, no curtain, no cubicle. They stand out in the room with a backdrop behind, so whole groups fit in the shot and the crowd watching becomes part of the moment.
It's $50 to set up and test before doors and $50 to pack down afterwards — $100 per booth, charged once no matter how long the hire is. It's labour at either end, and we'd rather show it as its own line than quietly bake it into the hourly rate where you can't see it. Delivery and travel inside our service area are still free.
Absolutely. Every service books on its own. The packages just save you money if you want more than one.
No. Every hourly rate includes the editing. You're not paying us to point a camera and hand you raw files — the edit is the part that makes it worth having, and it's built into the price.
The 360 booth needs roughly 3m × 3m of clear, hard, flat ground with access to power. The digital booth is more compact at around 2m × 2m including the backdrop. We'll confirm the spot with your venue beforehand.
Instantly — by QR code or text, on the night. No waiting, no app to download. You also get the full digital album of everything afterwards in one online gallery, downloadable and shareable, so you keep the complete set rather than just what guests remembered to save.
No. We use a proper chilled low-fog machine, not a standard fog machine. The fog stays on the floor and dissipates rather than rising. Most venues still want to approve it in advance, so let us know your venue and we'll sort that with them.
Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and everywhere between — Noosa, Caloundra, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Nambour, Buderim, Sippy Downs and all of South East Queensland. Further afield may incur a travel fee; just ask, we travel for events regularly.
Weddings, school formals, birthdays and 18ths/21sts, corporate events, fashion shows and festivals. If people are gathering, we can cover it.
A 50% deposit confirms your date — you're welcome to pay more up front if you'd prefer to spread the cost. The balance is due 7 days before your event, so there's nothing to sort out on the day itself. One invoice, no surprises, no hidden fees.
Yes — 4 hours on all hourly services. There's roughly an hour of setup and testing before doors, and under four hours the booth isn't open long enough for everyone to get through it. The fourth hour is genuinely the cheapest one you'll buy.
